Topcon Positioning Group has acquired all the outstanding shares of Viasys VDC, an innovator company in software development for infrastructure construction based in Espoo, Finland.
The acquisition strengthens Topcon’s software development expertise and supports delivery of advanced Topcon VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) solutions with seamless BIM (Building Information Modeling) interoperability for customers worldwide.
