Learning and support

  1. New users should first go through the tutorials which are installed with the software. It is important to know how to use the software!
  2. Help is available through the Novapoint Virtual Map Help system which has been installed with the software.
  3. In problem situations users should look help from the following links in the following order:
    • Contact Novapoint Virtual Map Technical support via email:  support@vianova.fi
      • Report your operating system version, AutoCAD version, Novapoint Virtual Map version
      • Describe the problem in detail what you did and what went wrong
      • Don't send any files unless you are certain if they are needed or if they are requested from you

NOTE! There is no phone support for Novapoint Virtual Map unless a separate support agreement has been made between the user organization and Vianova.
